This place is not the hilton. For the price its great for those who need a place til they find a house or apartment. I am here because my house is being renovated. I cant breath with the chemicals their using. .

The hotel was great it was not a problem with the hotel it was the other people renting rooms it's a smoke-free facility but someone was smoking weed and cigarettes

Great location. Affordable. I stayed for just one night. Different than a normal hotel experience, as this is an extended stay with weekly/monthly rates; i.e. people almost live here. Great interaction and customer service with Essence who checked me in. She took my concerns about the room seriously and documented them so I couldn't be held accountable on check out. Not a fan of the man who checked me out. A little cold and not personable.
