Price was right There were a few things that could have been improved. Coffee pot did not function, sink faucets loose, needed more glasses. While it was kind of clean, it did not feel fresh. Your desk personnel was excellent.

Room was not what I expected. Very old fixtures and rug was very dirty.

Not a clean hotel. My pillow had stains on it. The walls, floors, and bathroom were all dirty. We didn't stay the second night as we had planned.

Showed up at 10pm for our reservation. Pulled in and immediately saw a minimum of 30 people on very hard drugs and a woman getting arrested. After running inside from this terrible view - there’s nobody at the counter to check us in. Stood in the lobby for over an hour trying to get someone at the hotel to pick up a phone and come help us and a refund from corporate. I didn’t stay there! Their WiFi was down so they denied my reservation. Didn’t help me at all. I’m keeping an eye on my accounts to make sure I don’t get charged because I definitely and thankfully did not stay there!

The Front desk had a smell of mildew, and the room was so dirty, from the room smelling like mold and wet carpet, and to the kitchen feeling sticky, dirty microwave. Then we saw a bug stuck in towels. I did not feel safe, when we saw a group of people outside smoking.

Checked Out Room without our knowing! After having a long day we get back to the hotel to find out one of our rooms has been cleared of everything. We went downstairs for them to tell us we checked out this morning and they had our stuff; however we were able to get in the room with the key. They then informed us expedian only paid for that room one night. I beginned to pulled my email that showed two rooms for two nights. I had to call expedian and have them to call the hotel.
