The kitchen area nice and clean, but the microwave was filthy, the beds slept comfortably I was afraid a bug would bite. The box springs was filthy with stains outdated furniture, sockets without covers. Not enough lighting lamp on only one side of the bed. The room had a funky odor that was unbearable. Some of the customers hanging around outside with blue tooth speakers playing loud music. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the staff. I called in advance after booking my room and was told by the facility that my room would still be available. I was driving in from St. Louis and hit traffic on the way into KC. Prior to my arrival they gave my room away even though I booked it in advance. Completely unprofessional!

Most uncomfortable bed ever. Sour smell permeated the building. Overall lack of maintenance alarming (toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor!). Left one night early to go to different lodging even without a refund.

A lot of smoke smell inside room and outside. Always noice from other rooms and outside as well . Looks even parking area is not safe to go . People are stare it’s not good for me . Breakfast did not like coffee and other
Shower you not stop dripping. Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while and the room didn't smell clean.

The hotel was loud. It was not in a safe location. The property was dirty. The staff was not friendly. Everything about this hotel was all bad. Will not stay here again.

First room smelled like cigarette smoke; staff was helpful, got a different room. Second room, furniture was torn, bathtub had disturbing stains, beer left in dilapidated fridge (I know - could be a plus for some), garbage left in half the trash containers. Bed was clean and comfortable - can deal with the rest for a night, but wouldn't recommend.

This hotel was disgusting. I checked into my room and the room was full of roaches. I had to kill a few of them. There were also maggots in the sink. What was worse was when we reported it to the front desk, they stated the room was fumigated the day prior and didnt seem to care.

This seems more like a homeless shelter than a safe place travelers should stay.
