Room was not what I expected. Very old fixtures and rug was very dirty.

Not a clean hotel. My pillow had stains on it. The walls, floors, and bathroom were all dirty. We didn't stay the second night as we had planned.

Showed up at 10pm for our reservation. Pulled in and immediately saw a minimum of 30 people on very hard drugs and a woman getting arrested. After running inside from this terrible view - there’s nobody at the counter to check us in. Stood in the lobby for over an hour trying to get someone at the hotel to pick up a phone and come help us and a refund from corporate. I didn’t stay there! Their WiFi was down so they denied my reservation. Didn’t help me at all. I’m keeping an eye on my accounts to make sure I don’t get charged because I definitely and thankfully did not stay there!

The Front desk had a smell of mildew, and the room was so dirty, from the room smelling like mold and wet carpet, and to the kitchen feeling sticky, dirty microwave. Then we saw a bug stuck in towels. I did not feel safe, when we saw a group of people outside smoking.

The kitchen area nice and clean, but the microwave was filthy, the beds slept comfortably I was afraid a bug would bite. The box springs was filthy with stains outdated furniture, sockets without covers. Not enough lighting lamp on only one side of the bed. The room had a funky odor that was unbearable. Some of the customers hanging around outside with blue tooth speakers playing loud music. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the staff. I called in advance after booking my room and was told by the facility that my room would still be available. I was driving in from St. Louis and hit traffic on the way into KC. Prior to my arrival they gave my room away even though I booked it in advance. Completely unprofessional!

Most uncomfortable bed ever. Sour smell permeated the building. Overall lack of maintenance alarming (toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor!). Left one night early to go to different lodging even without a refund.
