It is what it Is - and no more.... [...] said it had a fitness room - NOT TRUE. Unfortunate, since this was my primary selection criteria. I only stayed one night (visiting someone at Park West Hospital). The kitchen was very usable - if you're planning a long stay you'll be able to cook fine - full size frige, stove, microwave, etc (Note - I did not notice how well the kitchen was stocked (pots, pans, etc.). Needs Improvement The only benefit to this hotel was that the bed was comfy. The hotel staff (which consisted of one person)lacked lots!!!They didn't have any ice machines or any vending areas...So if u stay here and u would like a soda u better buy some at the store b4 checking in...would not recommend this hotel. I guess u get what u pay for!!!

Dirty Sheets! The lobby of the ESA-West Hills looked fine. When I went to my room I discovered all of the appliances were very old and worn. The bed was rock hard and there was hair all over the sheets. They exchanged the sheets for us, but we had to make the bed. It would be a good idea to choose a different place to stay in West Knoxville.
