I was expecting a no frills experience, but this place was nasty. Despite being in a nonsmoking room on what appeared to be a nonsmoking floor, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke and my room also had a strong smoke odor. Additionally, the toilet seat looked like it had not been cleaned and the tub did not drain properly.

Hotel needs work This hotel needs a lot of work! The bathroom floor was separated from the tub & cracked. The floor was very dirty, I mean hair in the corners, gross!!!! The cabinet doors need replacing & the bathroom door also need replacing!the mirror in the bathroom was too high, an antiquated medicine chest!! The carpet was very dirty & stained! The free breakfast was a joke, granola bars & coffee! I will not stay here again

Drive By This was THE MOST DISGUSTING stay of my 58 year life. Smoke smell fills the hotel and the rooms. Mold in the shower, bedding full of cigarettes holes. Had it not been midnight, we work never have stayed. Absolutely disgusting. The zoo has better living conditions.

Much better choices! Room was dirty, spill on end table. Strong smoke smell in entrance that we used, in back of hotel, a stupid layout, go upstairs to get to lobby. We were on the 1st floor. Not an actual check in desk. A managers office. There are far better choices in West Hills/ Knoxville.

WORST SERVICE EVER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! So I had three reservations for my employees and myself. They failed to honor two of the reservations. They knew they didn't have the rooms and didn't tell anyone until we tried to check in. However, I still got billed. I asked what they were going to do about it and they told me to call Hotels.com. They failed to deliver, and I have to fix their screw up. No apology, nothing. That would not have been so bad had I not called to confirm twice.

Quick trip The hotel is in a good location, but the overall condition is run down.

Stay far away. This place is disgusting. Chairs had huge water stains. Gum was stuck between headboard and wall, small bloody spots on pillow cases. Dirty marks on sheets. Carpet was very stained. Bath drain didn't work well. We were afraid to touch anything. Advertised breakfast did not see anything except a coffee container and a couple granola bars in small lobby.

Stay away..!!!! Carpet was digusting. Chair had burn holes and huge water stain in seat. Gum wedged between headboard and wall. Small dotted bloodstaines on pillowcases. Bathtub didn't drain. Totally DISGUSTING!! I've never stayed in such a trashy place
All smoking If you don't smoke then this is not a hotel for you. The whole hallway and room (even non smoking room) smell cigarette.
