If you don't smoke..AVOID THIS ONE Had a late check in got there at 12am (like I said I would) no way to get in...doors locked. They had a service phone at the door, call #200 for service. Which I did and received a recorded message that no one was there at this time. So luckily I brought my papers with me and it had the phone number. I called it and a lady in her gown and house coat came to let me in. Did the quick paper work and wanted to leave a wake up call and was told "we are not that type of hotel". Gross It stunk, was dirty, run down, horrible, what else need I say. The staff was nice but the rooms and facilities are ghastly, pay more money, stay somewhere better than this hole.

Nice hotel. Not the best check in procedures. We had to wait about 20 minutes to check in because the one and only hotel manager was "helping a guest" at 11:00 pm. A sign was on the office door to dial "0" for help. He never answered the phone and when he returned there was no explanation as to where he was, just that the remote office phone hadn't rung wherever he was. Very suspicious circumstances.

Smokers paradise!! The room smelt like an ash tray. We almost left during the middle of the night, but we were so tired. Never again will I go there.

Bad experience We have stayed at this hotel three previous times. On previous visits they were friendly. On this visit they were very unresponsive to our needs. My wife is disabled and has a problem climbing stairs. We ask to be moved to a second floor room. They told us all of those rooms were reserved. These rooms were empty during the day and some of them were empty at night. But regardless of the vacancy, when we asked to be moved to a second floor room, their answer to us was very blunt. Bad Experience No elevator, just stairs Room smelled like smoke Dirty foot prints in the shower condoms in the night stand cigarette burns on the bed At that point I left...

Gross We couldn't even tell if this was the front door. There was no real lobby, just a room with a girl at a desk. They first put us in smoking room. Smelled soo awful, whole hallway, but moved us after we refused. The new "non-smoking" room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector and ashes on the window sill. Hmmm, how well did they clean this room. Would never ever stay there again. Was NOT what I knew an extended stay to be.

Won't be coming back This had to be the worst hotel experience that I ever had with Extended Stay. The hotel is in need of serious renovations. Extended Stay like most hotels that are pet friendly place the concern of pets over the paying customer. They don't have special rooms for pets, they can stay in any room. So a person with allergies to pet will have to suffer if they chose to stay. I would like to recommend that the hotel start assigning special rooms for pet owners and their pets.
