Ask for the 2:00 AM Wakeup Call! Check-in was easy enough and the room was moderately clean with dirt on the kitchen counter and hairballs in the bathroom. We looked past the mess as we were tired from a long day. At 1:00 AM somebody began pounding on our door and trying to key in. After a second attempt, with the front desk employee, we notified them that the room was occupied. Very bad experiences... The non-smoking room had very bad smoking smells and my kids kept coughing in the room which forced us to have to cancel it after 9pm and switched to another hotel 30mins away... Very bad experiences...

Do not book this hotel if you are looking for non-smoking or a pool. Our room had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke that we could not get rid of for 4 days. We couldn't even open our windows because everyone was smoking right outside them. The woman at the desk got us and extra fan for the room, but that didn't work to air out the room either. When we decided to check out the pool, it was filled in with concrete. NO POOL!!

NOT PET FRIENDLY My fiancée and I stopped in with our puppy on the way home from visiting my mother. I was told there would be a $25 charge for our puppy which was fine. They put us in a room with a messy bed, rings from a wet cup all over the counter and the trash was full. No one stayed at the front desk and it was 11 at night so I didn't really want to take the time to try and request a new room. Not a great place Staff was friendly....but no pool..no fitness room...and wasn't clean
Horrible Room was dirty, bathroom was a mess hair in toilet, Tub wasn't clean dirt on the floor. Water puddle in the fridge, and kitchen wasn't clean.
didn't sleep well due to the noise. the room was loud with doors being opened to the lobby, the breakfast was granola bars and muffins. No knives and forks in room as they had been taken , the clerk said we could ask and they would bring them.

xtra charge for late check out & shower didnt work checked into my room, immediately noticed huge blue paint smears on the wall on one side, and a huge area of paint peeled of the wall on the other. still, not a big deal to me, decided to shower before dinner & then i noticed the switch to convert the water flow from the tub spout up to the shower was missing. Horrible Scary! cops showed up while i was there, there were bugs in the bathroom and the room smelled horrible.
