Not well maintained. The hotel clerk was friendly and courteous but the room was pretty rough. One of the door locks was broken and there were no dishes or cookware in the unit. It was cleaned well but not stocked. I

Weekend stay The clerk charged me for the room again even though I told her that I had paid on line. They later corrected that, said she was new. The "clean"towels that were in my room were grungy and one still had makeup all over it. I found unbelievable dirt between the bed and the nightstand and on closer inspection, nasty hair and dirt all behind the stand and on baseboards. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Old Smelly Room The room was supposed to be non smoking. It may have been, but since the room hadn't been updated since the 70's, it reeked of smoke.

Extended Stay? More like NEVER Stay! I'm not sure why this hotel has such a high guest rating! My guess is that previous reviewers stayed here several years ago. Whatever the case, this place is not in good shape now. As soon as I stepped into the room, I could tell it was an older place. The only thing that looked modern was the wide screen TV. That's one thing, but the fact that all this older stuff was dirty was the real problem. The office chairs had visible stains on them as well as the carpet. The cleaning staff clearl... read more

Dirty room. The hotel was close to the mall which was nice but that was the only positive thing about it. There were huge brown stains on the carpet & on the couch cushions. The "mattress" on the pull out couch was all springs, very thin & we weren't able to sleep on it. We luckily had thrown the air mattress in the car & used that for our kids to sleep on. Run!!!!!! When we got there a lady at the desk was very upset arguing with someone one the phone and stood there forever before being helped. Get to the room, smelled like man cologne. Bathroom was beyond nasty, soap scum build up, towels were stained with big yellow spots and get this black hair actually in the towel! Top that off with a booger on the bathroom door, I was finished! This place is a dump other then the flat screen tv that we didn't even use, because we checked out soon after check-in . Noisey and Smells of Smoke The staff is friendly. The hallways reek of stale smoke. Constant door slamming during the night from lobby to hallway. A simple quiet close attachment would cost 15 bucks. They dont care. Cheap price...cheap hotel. Never again.
