Inconvenient Carpet and bathroom was not clean; sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable; breakfast was only muffin and coffee (it should better be named as snack, rather than breakfast)

It was bad, people was stomping area above me from 12:30am till 3:30am the first night then the second night the people next to me were beating on the door in the middle of the night then they kept on slamming the door

Do not recommend a stay at this hotel. This hotel is not up to the standards that we have come to expect thru Hotels.com Overall feeling of poor cleanliness and depressing surroundings. Poor bed and noisy a/c right over bed.
Double check before booking if you have disability Hotel staff was very nice, but we did have to wait quite a while to get someone to check us in. The lobby was strange in that you had to go up stairs inorder to get to rooms. Not sure where elevator was or if there even was one accessible from the front door. We got back in late in the evening after seeing a game and were surprised by the amount of cigarette smoke in the hall. Dirty Rooms! The room was disgustingly filthy. We did not notice until in and settled, but there was varied dried food all over the inside of the M'Wave, dried food residue on the counters, and assorted hair all over the bathroom floor, sink, shower, etc... DO NOT STAY HERE! Cheap, but certainly not worth it!
