The room had roaches
Room for improvement This property is very run down and in desperate need of a remodel. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and the vinyl of the arms on the recliner had been torn off. While there was plenty of hot water, the bathroom sink backed up and drained very slowly. There were ants in the bathroom the entire time and not just a couple. Breakfast left little to be desired. Front desk girl was rude. Had to wait for her to come around from her desk. She got snarky when I asked why she took a picture of my DL. She did t even ask to take the picture. She just took it. Then threatened to cancel our stay. We like extended stay because of the amenities. But this hotel had None. No laundry room. And the exercise room had all Of their treadmills out of order. First of all, they gave away my room that I reserved three to 4 weeks in advance. The girl behind the counter was so rude, mean, and didn't care that they gave away my room. It looked like her boss was making her go to the counter. The people above her were rude and wouldn't let me use the bathroom. The place is dirty with gangsters hanging out outside. Dirty and horrible place, and customer service.
The light did not work in the bathroom and water was leaking from the light fixture above. It made it inconvenient to use the bathroom.
Absolutely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, I had an offical temporary ID from the state they wouldn’t accept it.. had to change the reservation from my name to my girlfriends name, once we checked in the front desk clerk had an attitude like she doesn’t want to be there, she never verified anything like even if the card was the right card on file, the place looks ran down, once we get into the elevator, we got to the fourth floor we were great by a thick cloud of weed just smelled terrible down the whole entire ... read more

Door needed work and not all amenities were available for an extended stay hotel staff was away from desk alot
Stay anywhere else We arrived late in the afternoon. Go inside to check in, and there was a sign "assisting other guests, be back soon". After waiting 15 minutes, I called the hotel, and the worker was literally 10 feet away, sitting in an office. While that was irritating, it was nothing compared to the room itself. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a pungent odor that I would say was urine. It was incredibly unpleasant. I went out and purchased room spray, that did absolutely nothing.
