Tuve discriminación al llegar me dijeron que mi tarjeta no pasaba y otro familiar pagó con su tarjeta el es americano y si se la pasó y a mí no pero si hicieron el cobro posteriormente no me dieron desayuno me dijeron que no tenían hasta la otra semana Como hago para recuperar mi dinero ??

My credit card got billed twice.

The furniture was torn and the bathroom was not clean at all

No breakfast staff was never around . Furniture in the room was disgusting! Room keys didn’t work half the time 2 very tiny garbage cans. No offer to come clean the room. Had to ask multiple times for towels over all less than 1 star hotel. When staff was available they were rude

The website says breakfast but they have none. The manager even said she told the owner to take free breakfast off the website and he has not done so in years. It’s a nice way to pull you in and then when you ask for compensation, they give you seven dollars Find a hotel that serves breakfast even if it’s muffins and yogurt.

They posted the properry will have breakfast but they do not. Please call before booking. Rooms smells. Not as expected as extended stay. Call before booking.

1. When I booked it advertised breakfast and coffee. At check in I asked about the breakfast and coffee and the girl pointed to a little room and said it will be in there. The next morning, no food no coffee. I asked the clerk and she said something about shipping issues. And then they put out a sign stating shipping was the problem. I left message for the manager and expected they would contact me. They did not 2. The key cards had to be put in and pulled out multiple times just to get the doors open. 3. My Expedia reservation was not honored! I pre paid and was told by the hotel staff that Expedia put in the wrong name…I call BS! I showed staff my booking with confirmation numbers from Expedia and Extended stays hotel and check in Lady would not honor my document. She then said she could not refund what I paid a day before online and would have to charge me a higher rate for the exact same room. What a bunch of BS. Upon arrival, checking into the room, the room smelled like cat urine I had to go to the desk. I was not offered another room. I was just giving some Febreze to spray around the room. During the night, if you use the restroom or wash your hands or anything, the vent would make noise after the water would go off all night woke up and it was supposed to be a grabbing Go breakfast. They didn’t have any breakfast at all state that they were waiting on a truck so nothing was as it seemed at this hotel.
