Filthy room Bathroom had not been cleaned and when we complained they said all the staff were off duty. They offered to come up “in the morning”. No offer of moving us, no discount, not even an offer of giving us a broom to clean it ourselves.
Staff was fine, night clerk was very kind, my flight was delayed 3 times so I didn’t arrive until 2am all I wanted was sleep but had to wait 2 hours for my room because their system was in audit mode. Really that my only complaint everything was average but the “continental breakfast” was a lie
No help at the desk
Hallway is a bit smelly. There's no room service unless you stay over a week.
I liked the location and the price were great. I didn't like the condition of a chair in our room. I didn't like all of the out order machines in the workout room. I didn't like one table and one chair in the breakfast room; there should have been at least two tables with two chairs each. I didn't like the absence of coffee outside of the breakfast hours.

Don't stay at an Extended Stay America Suites I arrived 1 day early and the hotel would not rent a room for the night. I ended up leaving 1 day early and the hotel would refund 1 night. The hotel did not serve breakfast. Based on the above facts, I will never stay at an Extended Stay America Suites again.

I don’t recommend The only thing good about this hotel was the friendly staff. Lots of mold in shower, nail sticking up from floor that tripped on a few times. You have to take all of your dirty towels downstairs and exchange them for a new set every time you need more. They don’t change your sheets unless you stay there for over a week.. you have to throw out your own trash. And there’s never any grabbing go breakfast.
