Nothing is unique. I changed my dates of stay with expedia i have an email. I called the hotel to verify my change!! They gave me the dates that i chanved it to and it matched. The day before arrival i called again an ask for.early check in. They said no but had appt then. They do not clean anything if you are booked there several days. They don’t refill your towels. Take the garbage.

The photos on the website look nothing like the property itself. Their breakfast is some store-bought muffins, NutriGrain bars, and oatmeal (with no bowls). There is no "business center" or room safe. The vinyl on the chairs in our room was peeling. The compressor on the refrigerator was loud when it came on. How this property is rated so high on Expedia is beyond me!

Everything was horrible .there was no service at the front desk, the room was extremely dirty and they had no cleaning staff. It was a very unpleasant experience, there was no place to have breakfast nor was there a good breakfast just cookies and coffee. Is that healthy?. My rating is 0 . Ugly, dark and dirty.

Check in was easy, property was easy to find. Unfortunately the smell of marijuana was strong but that was not the hotels fault. There seemed to be a number of questionable people staying there. The rooms were ok but the beds were not comfortable and the carpeted floor seemed sticky. I would not stay there again.

Our room was very dirty. The carpet was wet and sticky. The tile was black. There were hairs all over the shower. The bathroom sink would not drain at all. Out back was a patio with chairs and grills but filled with people smoking marijuana continuously. No family cook out there.

Very disappointed in breakfast or should I say the lack of breakfast. I thought it was bad enough that there was what they called a grab and go breakfast which was mini muffins the choice of chocolate or blueberry and/or breakfast bar that was as cheap as the muffins BUT it went from bad to worse. There was NOTHING NO MUFFINS NO BREAKFAST BARS AT ALL!! They are so cheap they wouldn’t accommodate their guest with any type of breakfast substitute.
