NEVER go here unless you want to be surrounded by hundreds of bed bugs. Within the first 10 mins we left as the front desk person told us they didn't' have any extra rooms to stay in and recommended that being the best resort. I am still waiting on my refund after one week, worst experience ever.

⭐️ 1-Star Review — PLEASE Read Before Booking I’m honestly heartbroken and disgusted by this hotel. We paid $680 for 4 nights, and the first room we were given was absolutely horrible. It smelled awful, the furniture was filthy, and there were roaches crawling around. I was literally in tears because this is not a safe or healthy place for anyone, especially children. The room was dirty. The chair in the room had the leather covering peeled off on the arms of the chair.

We had nothing but problems with this property. From having to change our room in the middle of the night because of the freezer humming, to the toilet seat being so loose, I fell off it, to moving to a new room and a drip in the bathroom keeping us awake, to the room keys constantly not working, no electricity and the television not working, to minimal to no breakfast at all. The leather wingback chairs had huge pieces of leather missing so I had to put a towel down in order to even sit on them. Do not stay here.

We picked this hotel because it had a kitchenette. However, the cupboards were completely empty... no dishes or a pan to cook in.

The morning and day staff were hard neglectful of their guests. We always had to track someone down to help. The evening front desk young lady was very attentive. It was just the morning/day employee that was unhelpful. Furthermore, they refused to clean our room, asked we exchange our towels for cleans ones. Overall it was an unhygienic place to stay. And unfriendly

First off, you couldn’t find an employee anywhere. We reserved two room. The rooms was clean, but lots of damage. One room had a weird smell but not the other. There isn’t any upkeep at all. The bed was springy and worn out. The ac worked great in our both rooms. Lots of homeless people outside hanging around. I would not stay here again.

We booked a room in this hotel because we saw review that said the stay was excellent but what a surprise. Front desk person was not very engaged into providing guidance and a welcoming feel. When we entered the room noticed was a full side bed with no sofa bed as we booked for online. Then we saw the yellow spots on the pillow linen. Then the toilet bowl had a “brown paint” (if you know what I mean 💩 )about 5 inches long from left to right that I do not understand how the housekeeper missed it.
