Bathtub not cleaned very well. Door to the room was dirty

Was very convenient, Beds are old, lots of noise in hallway

Staff were not respectful, the non-smoking rooms had a terrible smell, the cleanliness was not great. Overal would not recommend this location.

Avoid this ESA LAWTON and Hotels.com They don't have clean sheets even if they smell and have stains they will not wash them, and will charge for clean ones. There were spiders and bugs in the room and when informed about it they sent a Maintenace man that walked in looked at the clean sheets and said it was fine while me and my daughter had bug bites. After staying one night and wanting to leave early they refused refund status saying we don't meet criteria for a refund and Hotels.com did absolutely nothing to assist.

The furniture in the room was dirty and torn on some parts of the furniture. There was an odor of uncleanness. Refused to sleep under the covers because I did not trust that the sheets were clean. I was so happy to end my stay. I do not know of any hotels that were in such a poor state. If you needed extra anything, there was a $10.00 fee. If you wanted the trash to be taken, I was informed that the fee would be $25.00.
