Not Happy: No Breakfast, Broken Gym, Bad Key Cards The “grab-and-go breakfast” consisted of snack foods and describing it as breakfast is really false advertising. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of breakfast food choices, especially since we picked this location over others that offer breakfast. Stayed here because it was close to Fort Sill, and I don’t usually leave reviews but after my experience I had to. Overall the hotel is just mis-managed there isn’t enough staff and to make up for this they just charge you for any interaction with staff, need towels or sheets they charge you 10 bucks, leave trash outside the room for pick up 25 bucks. They didn’t let me check cause there system was down the front lady was pretty rude. So I paid for no reason

Our room was nasty, and not cleaned properly, not sanitized properly. The people directly above our room were extremely noisy and disrespectful to other guests well past midnight.

My grandson said it best." This room smells like an old shoe " Kitchen was clean but had to get dishes, silverware from the front. It was inconvenient. Grab n go breakfast was awful. . Linens and bed were thin, old, mattress was hard, bumpy

Had a few Roaches in the bathroom and twice there was dog poop in the hallway. None of the gym equipment worked. Room had a moldy smell to it. Same as the hallway

As soon as I entered the room, I was smacked in the face by a strong odor of mold emanating from the rug. I also had the honor of being greeted by roaches on the wall and floor. That made me curious 🤔 to see if someone actually cleaned, so I started my on inspection. I found another roach and cobwebs behind the dresser adjacent to the room entrance, pooh pooh in the toilet, a broken fake finger nail on the floor and an elastic hair band under cobwebs behind the dresser that's next to the window. The staff upon arrival had a sign that stated they were helping another guest and to dial 0 from the desk phone. When it was dialed you could hear the phone ringing and the front dest person would come from an office right by the main window area. This was out every time i went past.
