El hotel estaba súper sucio y olía muy mal, estaba la tima de baño sucia y cuando mi mamá se metió a bañar estaba resbaloso y se resbaló. No me volvería a quedar en un hotel de estos.

Customer/Hospitality service is definitely not present at this property. They gave me room 130 and it smelled like wet animals. The furniture looked like it had been torn apart by an animal. The hallway leading to my room smelled like rotten eggs. It was bad! The pictures online are definitely false advertising.

Nothing was unique the room across the hall played very loud music and the people in there were very loud as well the a/c unit in the room was so loud I do not recognize this place

They charge me for the parking 15 a day and i was not aware of it.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, The toilet and bathroom sink had slow drainage. I found a roach crawling on the wall. They dont provide housekeeping.I was responsible for taking out my own trash.There is an additional charge for extra sheets and towels. The free breakfast was Muffins, Oatmeal packets,Tea and Coffee. The front desk was almost allways empty in the evening with post it notes instructing guess what to do.However the lady that checked me in was nice.
