The front desk staff is NOT friendly!!!They are very stressed out and stretched thin!!They have to leave the desk empty to go to help a customer which is unprofessional and unproductive to the new customer who enters the hotel. They do not know how to operate the stove in the room which is a hardship to the customer

They had no breakfast only coffee

Front desk ladies very nice, coffee out and nobody refilled it, room had roaches and dirty

First time I used the bathroom I had to call and ask for a plunger and plunged the toilet. Went to wash my hands and the sink held water. The chairs in the room were trash, all torn up. Even though the hotel has a no smoking policy the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Noisy neighbors, weed smoking, etc.i called the front desk 2 times for help and was told they could only call the offenders, which was no help. I asked to be moved and clerk daid that was not possible. I slept very little, and finally left the property at 4am and slept in my car. The clerk could not have cared less.

HOTEL'S. COM THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER. THEY LITERALLY CHARGED ME FOR A ROOM. I WAS BOOKED AND TRIED TO CANCEL 6min LATER BUT TOLD THAT IT WAS THE HOTEL NOT ALLOWING CANCELATIONS. WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE HOTEL THEY SAIDTHEY HAVE NOTHINGTO DO WITH 3RD PARTY RESERVATION. NEVER THE LESS I WASHARGEDWSCHARGRD FOR A room I didn't
