The hotel take a money for some incident,ftheyrom my banck acount,they don't even explain or call me back they took 170.00 and say they put in back and they dont,so engry.

Toilet seat broke, a/c rattled in room Never cleaned our room or restocked it with coffee or towels. not even trash pickup, The toliet seat was broke would fall off. Wife hurt her arm when it slipped. There is no breakfast here. Also No pool. We have stayed at other candlewoods with better results. There are other hotels in area with better ameneties.

hairdryer didn't work. The tv channels listed in the hotel room info card were not correct. printer in business center was not working which was not made aware to me until I was attempting to print boarding passes for flights - staff at the front desk was not helpful with resolving the problem. One the first night we were there, someone spilled a significant amount of salsa down one flight of the back stairwell - when we left 4 days later, it was still there.

Housekeeping When we arrived at the hotel we were told by the receptionist that they only do housekeeping 1 day a week. When we go to our room the bed linen was very dirty. We called housekeeping to come bring us clean linen, I was told to come get it and I would have to make my own bed. We stayed 3days....no housekeeping! Never again.

Service is Terrible-Find another hotel Service staff was rude, unhelpfull, even worse I had to wait two hours after the 3pm checkin even though I told them I had a funeral to attend at 4pm and was an hour late. Could not even get a place to change clothes. The website stated free breakfast but there was no breakfast even offered at the hotel. Stay someplace else if you can, clean rooms but almost a completely hateful and uncompasionate staff minus the guy who works evenings.
