Very thin walls. You could hear every step the person above you made. There was a huge domestic disturbance outside the hotel (with a man and woman who was staying at the hotel) and EVERYONE could hear their business. The Front Desk personnel were hardly ever seen. And to check in 2 hrs early, when we were told the room was ready, was going to cost $25. Absurd!!!

There was a young lady at the front desk that was very rude and unprofessional. She is the only reason why I will not do business there again. Everything else was great.

One of the worst visits of recent. The wireless was poor and I had to use my own hotspot. No drink vending available and no breakfast even though it was advertised. No coffee available so I had to go to Starbucks to have some. Amenities were poor. The room was noisy due to refrigerator was making a funny noise. Did not get much sleep. Will not return here again.

This is the very first time a hotel will charge you extra if you check in 5 minutes early. And only allowed 2 bath towels, if yo want more, it is a one for one exchange. I have never heard of this practice for my whole life experience. I have stayed at Extended Stay before but have never experienced this kind of practice. VISITORS, BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Sorry to hear about your experience. However every room we have has 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. Brand standard charges for early check in. However we have never charged anyone for checking in 5 minutes early.
Sorriest hotel I ever stayed in. They never cleaned the room in the 3 nights and 4 days we were there. We also had to ask for towels on a daily basis and even though we asked, didn't get them. Went to the nearest Walmart to purchase our own. Did not get breakfast as advertised! Will not use this hotel or any hotel associations with them. Should be reimbursed.

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at Extended Stay America. Seeing as we are an extended stay we do not have daily housekeeping which every guest is informed at check in and signs the reg card stating this. Towels are given at the front desk which is standard hotel policy. We do not advertise breakfast due to Covid and if a third party partner does advertise this it is not with our permission.
No Breakfast, no coffee, no dishes or utensils in the room. Had to ask for kleenex and paper towels. None of the staff were wearing their masks. Awful.
