The staff was poorly trained. Check in took way longer compared to other hotels I’ve been at. There was trash up and down the hallway. One worker at the front desk was so non helpful I wanted to puke. Her co worker was still in training and new and she couldn’t be bothered to help him. Even as guest were waiting
Nice ‘extended’ stay hotel. Did not know it was extended stay. So we had to clean up after ourselves. But the worst part is the staff person told me upon arrival that “Expedia” needed to move me. And that I needed to contact you. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that on my 2 previous calls. She then said even though she was the only one there she had not talked to me. I wouldn't stay here again I don’t like this hotel, I had too many problems with it. It started with check in, I had already paid for this hotel months ago for three nights, but they charged my card again anyway, when it should have only been for incidentals. Check in was also the slowest I have ever experienced from the dozens of hotels I’ve stayed in, the lady for sure needs more training. Dissatisfaction The hotel location was probably the only good thing. The basic construction of the hotel and the rooms suck. The walls are thin and the floors are even thinner. You can hear every footstep outside your door and above you. The doors don't slowly close they slam so you will be hearing doors slamming every five minutes. The customer service was the worst. Check-in poor I had reserved a 2 queen bed room. We checked in late at night (~1 am) got to our room and there was just one double bed. Went back to the front, he got us a different room and...just one double bed. Called back to the desk, got a third room and 2 double beds. Since we had already been told that this was the last room we just accepted it. Also, for some reason at that hour the desk clerk was in a room on the 3rd floor. I've arrived on Friday the 22 July. When I went to my room the noise came from the fridge. It sounded like an airplane engine. The other problem was the AC unit was also loud. Couldn't get any sleep both nights. I told one young lady twice about the problem with the fridge. I've told the man at night about it, It didn't seem anything got.done even looked at by the maintenance personal. So I was dissatisfied with both nights. I wont stay there again.

Employees Were Rude to My Employees I had my crew there for three nights for an installation in Lawton. The crew called me about the employees at the hotel being extremely rude so I decided to move them to another hotel. I have stayed at Candlewood Suites many times in other states. However, I will not be reserving a room with them at this location.

Unsatisfied Customer Not happy AT ALL!! When I arrived to check in, I informed the front desk attendant that I booked my reservation with my credit card on HOTELS.COM, and was told immediately that their system was unable to see what a 3rd party has charged for the booking. I look to see 1 charge on my card from this hotel, with a separate charge pending for the same amount from the same hotel!! Never again!!! Mold!! I'm normally optimistic about Candlewood Suites because everyone I've been to has been great. This one on the other hand was the worst I've been to. My shower had black mold in it, after asking for a new room they said they world just clean it because there was no rooms available. Then after finding the molded shower, I go to the vent under the window, that had mold. And then I pulled the curtain it was mild on there! I can only imagine what else was in the room.
