I was bit up with bed bugs! I was standing in the lobby with a bed bug crawling on my pillow showing the front desk when he told me the policy was to make me leave. Long story short he called the cops on me to make me leave and never once offered any assistance!

This property cancelled my reservation on day of check in. Expedia called me as I’m halfway on 8 hour trip to see my son that just returned from one year deployment. Said was due to over booking. Very thankful Expedia was able to find me another room on such short notice. Will never book Extended Stay again

The hotel was fine. My experience with Expedia was crap. Wont ever use them again.

No internet No internet. Extremely long check in 💩 no internet

Disappointed with the new ownership I have been coming to this hotel for years, but it was purchased by a new company. The amenities we loved, that kept us coming back, are all gone - no dishes in the rooms, no paper towels for the kitchen, no snacks & toiletries for sale down stairs, etc... The bed was rock hard & the furniture was not in good shape. The price is good, but this is the last time we’ll stay here.

Very sorry to hear about your experience. We do try and accomidate every reservation but sometimes overbookings do happen and the hotel will call all third parties and let them know to reaccommodate the guest.

The sheets were disgusting and when I asked the front desk if they could change the sheets they made me walk to the front desk for clean sheets and I had to change the sheets myself. The pillow cases still had makeup from the woman who slept there before. Also, the restroom was dirty and the front desk admitted to me that they didn’t clean my room.
