Not clean or secure Cleanliness of room was substandard. Room showed extensive /age/wear. Suspect that the majority of the other guests conducted illegal business (coming and going all time of night / short visits).

The trash can was not emptied when I arrived and the overall cleanliness of the hotel room left much to be desired.

Not like the pictures on the internet It looks really nice online but its really run down. I paid more for the room and went to a hotel in Richmond and paid way less and had an awesome room with a flat screen TV and a pool and every thing. The service was good though.

Bad, bad, bad When we checked in they gave us a key to a room that someone was already staying in so we had to go back to the office and they gave us another room which was dirty and very smelly! It needed a GOOD cleaning!!! Then when we tried to get internet they said we had to pay a 4.99 fee. What hotel/motel doesn't have free internet anymore? Smelled Funny The room smelled funny and there were sketchy patrons standing around outside.

Never staying there again... Our room was not ready at 4:15pm (check in is at 3pm) and then we we got into a room our toilet did not work and we had to fix it ourself bc when we called the office no one answered the phone. There was mold all over the ceiling and the beds were very uncomfortable. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there in the future.

The hotel was conveniently located to our destination. The hotel was conveniently located to our destination. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke.
