Nice location very close college The lights were not fully functional in the rooms,the cooffe pot wasn't too clean,the ac unit wasn't functioning properly and the tv was not centered right in the room..

Horrible! Very 'shady' tenants, toilet leakage, uncomfortable bed. I was supposed to stay an additional night and opted to leave...Would strongly advise AGAINST anyone staying here!
Place is a dump Between what appeared to be pros hanging out and the smell, shabby room - this is easily the worst hotel I've stayed in in the US. After seeing the room, no way was I even thinking about the free breakfast.
Extended stay America - lexington I don't like this hotel. I was surprised when I get to the room because the photos showing the website doesn't have anything to do with what I saw. not recommended. is clean but too old.

Room condition You get what you pay for, so if you're looking for a cheap place to stay don't expect much! Air conditioner wouldn't work well. Bed not comfortable. Didn't want to use shower.

Dirty sheets and smelled of smoke Be prepared to put up with whatever condition your room is. The staff are powerless to offer assistance. My non smoking room was toxic with previous smoke. They offered me fabreeze but I has to spray it myself ( it had minimal effect) ( kitchen cupboards were grimy, i.e. dirt visible) and ceiling was flaking off in places. Not for famlies with children! Upon arrivial there were 3 cop cars in the parking lot banging on one of the hotel room doors. The young man at the desk was very polite and apologized for the situation that was accuring. We got checked in and went to our room. When booking our room we asked for a non smoking hotel room with 1 queen sized bed. When we got into our room it smelled of smoke, had an ashtray on the table and the bed was a double.
