work Did not have hot water and the staff did not care about it. We had to go to another hotel for the rest of our stay.

Prof It does not have room service. Only weekly. no front desk is available after midnight, no breakfast. It should be rated as motels not hotel. It would be recommended at low rates, let us say 30s USD. Also it would be recommended for the people that need to be very close to the mall and shopping area.

Too much money to be so dirty... The place is just dark, dreary, & depressing. The rooms needs to be remodeled badly. Caulk peeling al in the bathroom, carpet dirty, kitchen cabinets peeling, and they didn't have Disney channel or nickelodeon. I've stayed a better motel 6's. expected way more from Extended Stay of America. It was well worth 35.99 nt the 50.99 I paid. Get this its usually 63.99 a night!!! A rip off to the max

Served its purpose Dirty with grime on interior doors. Wall mount heat was extremely loud and noisey with clicking when activated. Also, the unit kept falling away from the wall. Did not feel safe there.

Never again! Only saving grace was location(which was why we picked it).Staff was friendly, but the place is aged and not well maintained.

"good" place for the price. This hotel is a middle to lower end place. Staff was friendly, room and bath was clean. Price was great for a football weekend in Lexington. The rooms were just old and tired. Plenty of towels. Free internet, free paper.

Good thing it was cheap. Hotel grounds were dirty and run down. Room was clean but in dire need of a face lift! Price made it acceptable for the few hours I needed to sleep but would never stay there again.
