Location is good but room was dirty and worn. Staff was very friendly but the room needed to be scrubbed and updated. Very worn.

Meh. My flight got in late and when I got to my hotel the office was closed--lights out. There was a phone outside to call someone, and the person on duty did open up for me fairly quickly (thank you). I have to say, however, that being in an unfamiliar place, outside, in the cold, around midnight, made me uneasy. I got the keys to my room and then went across the walkway to the elevator. We reserved 4 rooms with No Smoking which 2 were smoking. Two of the 4 rooms had not been cleaned at all and we had to be switched to different rooms. Bedspreads also had burn marks in therm. Need I say more!
Do not stay here Dingy hotel, bathtub dirty, old mattress. I booked two rooms, couldn't get them on the same floor. No coffee maker, no ice machines.
Rooms are bug infested and smell smokey. I could not stay here. After looking at 2 rooms and finding a bug infestation (flat bugs that fly and are about 3/4 inch long), I had to find somewhere else to stay. The room was supposedly non-smoking, but it had a horrible stale smoke smell. And you could see cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. Disgusting. The young man at the desk was very helpful in letting me change rooms, but that did not work.
Eeeek! The staff was polite and the room gave me a place to stay in a pinch. I kept the TV on through the night to drown out some of the surrounding noise. The room was showing age and beds were pushed against wall and A/C unit making room less accessible than I expected. The room I stayed in had twin headboards with full bedding.

Not some place I would send my wife or kids Real rough could use cleaning and updating large groups of people outside people talking loudly off balconies intoxicated. I am a large muscular person and was a little intimidated.

OK experience, The stay was good, solid. Hotel had a few issues but overall was ok! Service was a little slow and room just normal. Nothing above average

Disappointing, and not sure if it's safe. When this hotel opened the hotel I managed hosted their management training. Back then it was an option for long term business travel. In 15 years this property has become low income housing. Noise, hip hop, and foul language are what you will hear right up to 10pm. It stops because of the threat of eviction. Walls are paper thin. Found beer cans around car in morning. No amenities. Breakfast was granola bars. I stayed the night because it was prepaid. Too risky for an extended stay.
