Extended My Stay at the Extended Stay Great staff, very accommodating to me and my guest, was very clean and could not hear the other guests

Wonder time The room was great and could barely hear other people in the hotel from your room. Also could not hear people above or below you.

Long wait to check due to Hotel.com CC declined the complaint is on Hotel. cons part. when they checked me in, the Expedia CC on file declined . it took a 30 mins and a phone call trying to figure it all out.i was beside myself having to just wait and wait for them to get your CC to go through. Shame! when did Hotel.com book rooms through Expedia.com

No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor

merely OK The lady at the front desk was as helpful as she could be. The room was spartan (no kitchen utensils, the only chair was a recliner). Kitchen and bath seemed clean, but the rest was not (stains on ceiling and door, kitty litter in corners). Long-term residents continually propped the outside doors open. But we got three good sleeps and otherwise spent little time in the room. So it worked out OK.
