No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor
merely OK The lady at the front desk was as helpful as she could be. The room was spartan (no kitchen utensils, the only chair was a recliner). Kitchen and bath seemed clean, but the rest was not (stains on ceiling and door, kitty litter in corners). Long-term residents continually propped the outside doors open. But we got three good sleeps and otherwise spent little time in the room. So it worked out OK.
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I’ve never had anything but pleasant stays here. I always stay at this particular location just because the staff that is here
I liked how it was tucked into a non-busy side street.
I really enjoy being able to work in my room when needed and the front desk person Pam is my favorite. She is always smiling and makes you feel welcome. I have never stayed somewhere so welcoming.
Nice place, convenient The staff was very friendly and we had a pleasant stay. Also the location was very convenient.
