Actually stayed her a lot until the rude ass lady that calls her self a general manager tried to accuse me of smoking and then lied and tried to yell at me like a child.. no wonder they have terrible reviews if they get new managers and her little butt kisser too they would probably keep better business! Sad it takes one lonely sad mad ugly old lady to ruin a good business

It was frightening. Bad neighborhood. Staff all ex-cons. Found a dried up bug on the floor. Honestly, they couldn’t leave the dishes or kitchen supplies in the room. They had to be requested from the desk. I was afraid they would charge me. Worst hotel ever!

It was cheap, but not worth the money. I appreciated the staff, they were friendly and helpful, but the property was run down, dirty, smelly, and the walls were thin. There was a lot of cat hair, the chair had so, so much cat hair. The drawer in the kitchen was broken. We were on vacation and passing through for a couple days, but it was not relaxing at all so we checked out after the first night. We’re a simple couple and don’t require much, and I hate to say it but it this was just terrible.

The only good thing I'd say was the staff. Friendly and attentive. Room however was terrible. Countertop was taped up with a duct tape, and a large crack was in the shower. Floors and rolling chair were extremely dirty, dresser beat up and there was a hole in the wall. Linens and bed sheets were the only thing that made us stay in the room. Room smelled like there were smokers before. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were embarrassed to bring our daughter to the hotel that we came to see for the parent weekend.

The toilet seat had urine stains on it. The hotel itself was very noisy late at night. It was an inexpensive stay at the last minute.

Disappointing Hotels like this should be removed from all rental search engines and their city license to operate revoked until they fix the property. It is a shame that places like this advertise because they do not meet the basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
