The Checkin process was really terrible. Had to wait 35 mins to get checked in. The room that was provided was not cleaned at all!! Liquor bottles on the counter, garbage everywhere :-(

the staff were very accommodating and super nice. the room its self was beat up and due for a face lift.

The property was run down and the bed skirts were dirty. Hair was left in a couple places in the room. We switched rooms but ended up not staying at all. Parking was full by the time we arrived late at night so we left the keys at the desk.

No ice machines I need to remember that this hotel chain does not provide ice machines.

Kindness goes a long way. The hotel was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet in the hotel. I wasn't happy that the website indicated breakfast and that wasn't true. Another site said continental but it wasn't even that. It was called " Grab and Go". There wasn't anymore instant oatmeal and that is what I can eat because I'm Gluten Intolerant.
