4/5 All service staff that we dealt with were great, friendly and extremely helpful. We travelled with our furry pet and they made it simple to bring her in. Overall it is a 4/5. Entering the room, it smelled and looked clean. The A/C was Amazing, especially in the summer heat. These rooms have a kitchen and I don't assume that everyone is considerate of others.
