At night time it was some cockroaches in the kitchen room and bathroom

The property and staff were average but the room itself but poor to dingy, bedroom door hit door jam, bathroom door didn’t lock shower head although may have been for handicap accessible, was really low couldn’t stand underneath it. Floor was sticky.

The hotel and rooms are not what the website photos represented. The rooms and furnishings are very dated. Like from the 1980s or 90s. The kitchen had a hot plate appliance I have not seen since TV shows from a long time ago! Definitely can use a full refurbishing. Biggest problem is this hotel uses super strong chemicals to clean. During the stay, the entire room smelled like chemicals & strong bleach. We tried opening windows to air out literally all day, but it simply did not help as it was too strong.

My bed had hair (not mine) the bathroom was moldy, creamer container for coffee was empty and I asked for more and was told “no” waiting on shipment. Trashcans in the building overflowing with trash, hotel rug was discussing. It was gross hotel all the way around!!!

Web said house keeping can be done on request. Turned out guests have to stay for two weeks to have rooms cleaned. Guests have to bring down used towels to change new ones. On second day of our stay we did that n the staff said they ran out of fresh towels! Returned at nite, we wanted to do laundry. Turned out machines not working. The room was locked! Breakfast is poorer than basic.Have food on the table. Serve yourself is fine. But nowhere to eat. Had to bring food to the room to eat. We decided to check out one day early.... read more
