Convenient I needed a place just for the night so that I could spend Thanksgiving with my family - without actually spending the NIGHT with my family. Extended Stay provided the convenience I wanted and the price I was comfortable with paying. The kitchen was nice (though I didn't really need it). The bed was pretty uncomfortable, though. And the freeway nice is really loud (the 210 is right outside your window - literally!)

The staff were understanding and very helpful when we checked out shortly after checking in due to how dirty our room was. There was a cockroach issue, the floor was sticky in places, and there were food particles on the floor in our room. The hotel is older which isn't an issue, but the cleanliness was problematic, and I did not feel like I could stay there for the night.

The pictures in the app were nothing like what they looked like in real life. The rules were old. They were dirty. The stove was dirty. There was dust all over the toilet was old and dirty. It was not a good stay at all. I will never stay in this hotel again. I took a friend with me and I was very embarrassed because I was paying for the rooms to give us a nice weekend away.

bathroom sink is clogged, takes a while for the water to drain down. Bugs crawling on the floor, refrigerator is locked-can't be open. garbage outside the main lobby is overflowing.

Should 1st off the lobby was dirty and smelled unclean, the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in YEARS, as soon as we walked into the room we were met with an overwhelming chemical smell later to be identified as a roach bomb. There was 2 dead roaches on the bed, baby roaches crawling on the bathroom counter. After complaining all I was told was sorry but there is nothing a can do.
