The best part of this hotel is the location—it’s within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, the rest leaves much to be desired. The staff are spread thin and inconsistent—some are very kind, others can be quite rude. The room I stayed in was not clean upon arrival, and despite assurances, it was never cleaned during my stay. Found a roach in the room crawling near the sink (where bath towels are placed). Recorded a video, checked out the hotel because of this. The front desk was unbothered about the roach and would not provide me with anything showcasing I checked out of the hotel. Insisting it would not show I checked out until the 11am check out the following morning which was untrue. Guest relations was closed. The room was dirty, It looked like a hospital room, smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room and had signs of a roach infestation. Even for the price we got it for, it doesn't seem like a suitable accommodation.

Staff. Very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager, Jose, after requesting a room clean. He told me it would be an additional charge and that they could clean that day. I said okay. The room was never cleaned, and the people at the front desk have such attitudes, along with lying about reaching out to the manager. She said Well, nobody is here to clean the room.
