This hotel was very bad location I was goods in a car all goods is stolen and hotel not do any thing and don’t have cctv cam in parking area my good is cost more Tom 100 thousand
The woman at the front desk was kind but I was lied to about being contacted for compensation due to roaches my last couple of nights.
My family and I checked in Sunday evening the outside of the hotel looked okay the inside was dirty not up to date. The pictures posted on line were not accurate. The room it’s self… refrigerator was spotless clean even the microwave. The bathroom was a different story, walls were dirty almost looked yellowish a lot of paint chipping everywhere the bathroom was gross someone’s hair was in it. Disappointed The people at corporate for Extended Stay in Monrovia/Arcadia need to tend to their locations. I came here with my husband and dog to relax, little rest was found due to the roaches crawling out of the light socket. The woman at the front was very sweet and helped us move rooms and make things right the best she could. We could tell she was overwhelmed and short staffed. It was further disturbing to find out that people are living in those conditions.
Not a good experience. Not a good experience. The room condition is different with the photo.

I was given a very nasty dirty room with food on the floor every where and they were flies flying around with a bad old food smell in the room and bed was dirty and just not clean at all
