The room was clean, especially the deluxe room. There are only two of them on the property. The staff was wonderful, especially Jackie. She is one of the managers and she does everything from cleaning rooms to fixing elevators to being personable and professional.
I have enjoyed my stay and the staff at the Arcadia Extended Stay. All of the folks who work here are courteous and helpful. I would recommend people I know to stay at the Arcadia location. The general manager is professional and takes care of business. The folks who work behind the counter in whatever position they hold are also courteous and professional.

The condition of the room was poor. Chipped paint, cupboard doors were removed, the furniture was chipped, the toilet was 2 feet away from the wall leaving a large open space behind it.

I little walking needed but great bargain I chose this hotel based on price and reviews. I was very pleased with the stay and would definitely stay there again. Having a kitchen with stovetop, fridge, freezer, sink was so convenient The website mentions kitchen "kits" for purchase, but they were free from the front desk and included a dish drainer, colander, toaster, coffee maker (and coffee), dish soap, kitchen towels, silverware, plates bowls and cups, a pot and a pan, cooking utensils, and a cutting board.
