Could be better... You can tell room had been cleaned, but there was cleaning product residue in the bathtub and on the kitchenette cabinets. The desk chair was stained and needed to be covered with a towel to be sat sat on. There was a weird stain on the ceiling with something dangling from it. The coffee maker we got from the front desk, was dirty and had coffee grounds all over it. The hotel has no ice machine, They do provide ice trays in the freezer, but the refrigerator did not get cold enough to cool our sodas. Smoke ... read more

The water pressure on the shower is low, but overall is a good place to stay.

Burbank stay. Room was okay. The plug ins were all uncovered. There was no phone. The room had tape and film over what might have been a vent at one time. The amenities were not stored in the room instead you have to ask for them and many of them were not available. There was a fire alarm which one of the long term residents said it was a weekly occurrence. You can slightly hear the airport. Location is great. Silva was super nice.
