Burbank stay. Room was okay. The plug ins were all uncovered. There was no phone. The room had tape and film over what might have been a vent at one time. The amenities were not stored in the room instead you have to ask for them and many of them were not available. There was a fire alarm which one of the long term residents said it was a weekly occurrence. You can slightly hear the airport. Location is great. Silva was super nice.

This was a really nice stay. Right next to store and restaurants which is convenient. Cam at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Love that the room had a kitchen and the hotel offers kitchen supplies if need be

There was no breakfast as advertised. This is our second time here, same as before. Sheets were clean but thread bare. Floor was swept but needed mopping. Took 20 minutes to check in.

I liked where I stayed especially since it was close to where I needed to go. Shopping and dining is within walking distance. Unfortunately, water was dripping from the tub/shower combo. I had to close the bathroom door to not hear it. I haven't been at an Extended Stay in a long time so it seems some things have changed in regards to plates and etc, which was fine. I didn't like that I was only provided a body towel. I would have expected a face towel too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer.
Towels needed Upon arrival my room did not have any towels whatsoever period I called downstairs and then I went downstairs to pick them up. As instructed period there were 4 or 5 people waiting at the desk and when I mentioned I only needed towels. Although the clerk was busy, the manager often wasn't period she ultimately went and got me. The towels I needed

Not favorably impressed. The room was not ready when I arrived 1 hour after the start of check-in. After another hour I still was not alerted that my room was ready. Once inside, there were no hand towels or face towels. The hallways and elevators were beaten up. The elevator swerved while ascending (thereafter I took the stairs). There was audible yelling in adjacent units.
