Nice and spacious room . Bathroom was okay . Just a little stain on the carpet . Overall The hotel was very good .
Poor customer service Poor cutosmer service. There are absolutely no dishes in the Kitchenette and it was like pulling teeth to get some. They were out of almost everything at the continental breakfast only an hour into it. The room was comfortable and I thought it was decorated nicely and very clean. Although my daughters room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke but im not sure thats the fault of the hotel because it was a non smoking room. The room smelled a tad moldy and the windows didn’t open. The TV did not work at all. The elevator was broken when I checked in so I had to walk up 3 flights with a dog and a lot of luggage, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to care. It’s supposed to have plates and dishes, there were none. You had to request them from the front desk, and they were out of dish soap. The rooms were dirt cheap so I didn’t expect much. But I can see how this would be very frustrating for some.
