Front desk is rude at night Everything was great, but Friday night coming back late to the hotel there was no sign that says use your hotel key to open door to the lobby, it was dark and raining, we knocked on the door and the lady at the desk that night was very rude, and and said im supposed to use the key to open the door, how are ppl supposed to know that with no sign, and im the guest at the hotel i didnt appreciate her rude attitude, definitely not what I paid for

The free internet is so slow it is basically not working even to check my gmail. The free breakfast is a joke, I decided to go to MCDonnald. The room 101 is at the end of the unit is closed to the rail road. At night, train horns disrupted my sleep all night.

They checked us in several hours early- that was nice. Close to stores & restaurants-even walking distance. Dont care for the staff-not friendly, more on the rude side. Hotel is a bit outdated but for a short stay just to sleep was perfect

The room was not fully clean when I arrived. Wet towel on the bathroom floor, pillow stuffed under the bed, dust everywhere. There was no bathtub stopper to take a bath, and it took the staff 2 hours to find a replacement.

Walls are thin. You can hear rooms away. Coffee wasn’t ready until 7:30 am.

Great location right off I 5 and in empire's shopping area so you can just walk to restaurants. Friendly staff although in the evenings they only have one staff... feels understaffed...
