Convenient location for shopping, plenty of parking and nice people.They need to update pictures to what the hotel really looks like to date. I was asked to carry the coffee machine and old cups of coffee to my room. I was not able to rest, between the train and near by airport. I will not be staying at this location again.

Convenient location to airport and shops and eateries was a good benefit. I was there 2 nights and never saw room service. No kleenex in the room. No iron in the room.

Only good for a one-night stay Abrupt and rude front desk staff upon check-in. The room is spartan, but it appeared to be clean. The TV did not have a remote (which rendered it useless); the bathroom hand soap was like using a dry sponge; and the bed was uncomfortable and hard with two very sad, deflated pillows on each bed. It was thankfully only for an evening. A positive of this hotel is it's proximity to DT Burbank, which was the reason for selecting this location.

Check in was horrible! The guy was yelling at the staff to get things done. So unprofessional!!! Extended stay? My husband almost cut his finger because of the knife they lent us was put back together with a hot glue gun!!! Lucky my husband is good with knives!!!!! I’m so upset!!

heard trains, traffic ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! horrible!!!! no coffee makers in rms charged me a fee for my mini weiner dog when web site said was pet friendly!
