Stayed here for 2 weeks and did not receive regular housekeeping. When inquiring at front desk, I was told there would be an extra charge. When I stated my duration of stay, I was then told room cleaning would be done around every 3 days. My request was made for next day room cleaning and still nothing. No cleaning done till I checked out even after several requests. Pre-COVID, good hotel. Now, not so on top of things. Girl at the front had me waiting for a while even after the other girl let her know I needed to check in. The room wasn’t fully cleaned I found a few pieces of trash on the floor. The drain stopper was broken in the sink so the water wasn’t draining. Toilet paper wasn’t changed out. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. The hotel is in a nice shopping center. For the price it’s good. Just some things management needs to work on.
