Tangela was amazing!! We had an issue with the Wyndham and got stuck without a room at 1130pm bcuz they ended up giving our prepaid room to someone else that paid a higher rate. Tangela made our evening a lot smoother and stress free

No stop for the tub :( Confusing on how to get dishes, WiFi, other amenities... Charging per night for a pet if you’re not cleaning every night is kind of ridiculous...

I have stayed here a handful of times and never had issues, but this last stay was not my favorite. The tv was not working right and at one point I couldn’t turn it off because the remote wasn’t working. The light near the desk table kept going on and off, I payed for the wifi upgrade and still had issues using my laptop to a point where I couldn’t even use it. No dishes in room! That was the point of reserving at Extended Stay, the option to prepare my own meals. There were no dishes in the room and when requested, many standard items were unavailable (bowls!?!?).
