Fuse/Electricity went out, couldn't get fixed asap Fuse/Electricity went out, couldn't get fixed asap, I had to moved to the 1st floor, I accepted not knowing. Don't get a room on the first floor. It's loud outside. I appreciated that they refunded my stay. I would go back, the room was super clean.

Very Convenient 1 night stay. Close to shopping & restaurants. When checking in they couldn’t find my reservation but I don’t think that’s the hotels fault. I took the last available room which they warned me about a leaky faucet. Staff was really pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient for us.

Everything was fine except for the cobdition of the elevators. Cars shook and thudded when stopping. Doors made screaching noise when opening and closing.

Sheets had small tear in them and flat no warmth to them and pillows were flat as well
