Long wait lines at front desk, rooms weren’t clean upon arrival, loud music at weird hours of night had to report to front desk and no cleaning services available, had to retrieve clean towels on my own.

Great Hotel Excellent location of hotel, has SO many stores and fast food areas right in front of it. The breakfast is very small and lackluster, just a muffin, granola bars & coffee. But to be honest that is ok with me because there is a Denny’s right near and that is my family’s go-to breakfast place. It’s pet friendly which is awesome incase you want to bring your dogs or cats (etc) with you. They couldn’t deliver us pillows. Took them 3 hours before they called our room to make us come down and get them. Bummer

Decent, safe place to stay in the valley. They sprung two days of "the water is going to be shut off all day for maintenance" on us which was incredibly inconvenient given our plans for the day involved showering during the time of the shut-off. So that pissed us off. Also, apparently it's an animal friendly hotel so there were dogs everywhere and pee on the floor of the lobby. They allowed dogs, which is ok but one unit had their dog barking and running along the corridor without a leach
