heard trains, traffic ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! horrible!!!! no coffee makers in rms charged me a fee for my mini weiner dog when web site said was pet friendly!

Front desk dropped the ball on two occaisions, resulting in issuing a key to our room to another couple, at 12:30 in the morining. We were awakened by what sounded like someone trying to break into our room. When calling to the front desk, just minutes after this "new" check-in had been processed, no answer! Very disappointing service.

The location was not the best. The staff was super nice, really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very generous sized with plenty of space to move around in if your staying a few days. There is no kitchen items in the kitchen at all, you have to ask for everything at the front desk (hereafter "the desk") and there is usually only one person there, making things awkward and difficult.
