Very Convenient 1 night stay. Close to shopping & restaurants. When checking in they couldn’t find my reservation but I don’t think that’s the hotels fault. I took the last available room which they warned me about a leaky faucet. Staff was really pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient for us.

Everything was fine except for the cobdition of the elevators. Cars shook and thudded when stopping. Doors made screaching noise when opening and closing.

Sheets had small tear in them and flat no warmth to them and pillows were flat as well

Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality of this location, nor the personnel. The room amenities were alright, however the condition wasn't the best. The coating on the bathtub was chipping off in several places, the carpet has some bad tears, the refrigerator was dirty and dented, and the room phone didn't have any notations as to what buttons direct you to what area (front desk, housekeeping, etc.).
