Unprepared and maybe under staffed When checking in to a room with s kitchen I had to go to front desk to say there wasn't not one dish or pan or glass or plate in our room. I was told I had to request them .REALLY?? After asking it took two visits to the front desk and an 1 1/2 hours to get any kitchen ware. So I didn't get to start cooking dinner until 8:00. Excuse was too busy. I'm sure they aren't all that way but I won't stay at another extended stay again.

Bad smell in room. Sofa bed was joke, mattress was so bad that you can’t ask kid to sleep on that. Neighborhood was safe and staff was courteous

Could have been better We had no cups in our room. Bed was uncomfortable, felt like we were sliding off the sides. Places us on the first floor next to a side entrance. Kept waking up when people would exit/enter building. Fridge was noisy. No one there when we checked in our out. Would not stay here again. Only good thing was the room flooring since it has no carpeting, had wood looking tile.

Look like a cheaper Motel 6 Looks like a cheaper Motel 6, the room was not clean and it had problems. See photo.

What could a title be? We requested some sheets and they did not even respond! There was not even a cup to drink water. It looks like they did not even check our room because our beds was never remade! And the trash was not even emptied! Can't control amount of water coming out of shower head! This was wasteful! But they did not give extra towels to save water!

Worst hotel of my life Stay away! Those are the two words to summarize my review. Worst hotel to have stayed at, ever! Room was not clean, basic toiletries missing, staff started cleaning our room when we were away for breakfast and had 2 hours to check out. Worst was that the Management did nothing about it !

Overbooked and gave away confirmed room We had booked a room with a King Bed and Pull out Double Sofa - the biggest room they had, as this could sleep 5 people (3 on the Kind and 2 on the Pull Out) which is what we needed. I called at 6pm that night to confirm our room and to let them know we would be arriving late, around 9pm. Upon arrival, I was told that our room was no longer available and all they had was a room to fit only 4 people sleeping. An ok place to sleep-not much else This hotel is ok. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable enough. Pillows are foam and bedding is a thin blanket and one of those bed spreads that you fold down immediately. The staff at check in was nice, but the front desk is dark and unmanned after about 10pm. There is no housekeeping unless you are there more than a week- then they do it once a week. Breakfast consists of coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins- that's it.
