Our go-to hide away just keeps getting better We stay here occationally to get away from the family. We got there before check in but the counter man, I believe his name was Isai, was super friendly and helped us check n without any problems. He did apologize for the pricing but he was super knowlegdable and was so apologenic. As a former customer service manager, he showed excellent communication and understanding.

EZ check in, clean quiet room. No counter an/or bathroom plastic cups to be found.
