Staff was very kind and professional, the room was a bit dirty but great in size and amenities

The property was OK, it wasn't horrible but the room was rundown. The room floor was warped in some locations which made me nervous to have us walking on them. The door to the outside of building didn't use a key card.(you could just pull it open) This made my husband uneasy.

While i understand people stay at these types of hotels long term, our hotel room waa clearly lived in for a while and was dirty. The fridge had a ice cream wrapper in the freezer, there were also pieces of onion skin on top of the refrigerator. Also, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, and you can tell they tried to air out the room before our arrival as our window was cracked open. We had a queen sized bed and it was such a noisy bed. If you’re a smoker and love smelling like an ash tray this place is for you. The bathroom sink, pillow, walls, etc reeks of cigarettes. Not the cleanest. Several fruit flies in the room. They call you at 10:40am to ask why you haven’t checked out. Very unsafe. Man with a mask followed us inside the hotel. Thankfully a guest was in the lobby and left. I wouldn’t book here again.

Disappointed stay the Hotel needs to be renovated, the elevator was dirty, the hallway was dark, and our room stunk. We sanitized the countertop, chair, phone, doorknob, and TV remote just to make the room smells good. bedsheet was not clean. The kitchen is old and has no utensils. And the Breakfast was so cheap and so basic. however, i should give credit to the front desk, they are all nice.
