The staff was very nice- concerned with quality of stay. Our heater was loud when it went on and I advised staff at the end of our stay and they immediately gave a credit to the bill which I did not ask for. The building itself can use an update (as limited as new paint) to make inside look nicer.

We went with two other family members and our dog. I enjoy our stay near universal studios. I will stay again.
