I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before and this one just seemed cheap. The continental breakfast was essentially a coffee bar and granola bars. Everything that you usually get with a “ES” cost extra with this location (room cleaning & parking). It just seemed like they were focused on the bottom line rather than my comfort while staying there.
Good area, felt pretty safe. Breakfast in the morning was okay. Rooms are nice but the drain didn’t work in the tub and I found a clump of hair on the floor. Detailing the room would be good.
Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Room had a funny oder and I wake up in the middle of the night all itchy. Same goes for my gf who stayed with me.
Gordon was the ABSOLUTE best checkin person. Armine, the unstoppable telephone follow thru queen. Give them both a big fat RAISE. I will come back because of them both.

Checking in could be smoother and faster. Rooms are larger than we expected and very comfortable.
