When my family of 4 walked in there was no one at the check in desk, you can here the phone ringing continuously. We thought maybe they step away for a quick minute. I beleieve a check in counter should never be left unattended. About 10 minutes later a staff shows up. She checked our reservation to tell us they don't have any rooms available for the room we booked. Needless to say we had to book another hotel. First, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. However, the price of the hotel is very high for what you get,.. $365.00 per two nights is excessive for what you get. A closet that has curtains instead of doors, very old furniture and dark carpets, vanity that is so old is chipping away, shower head that barely works, appliances that are all dent and scratch. Very disappointed!

I chose this because I wanted a 1 king bed and a sofa bed. But there were no comforters or sheets for the sofa bed . Huge disappointment. Asked for the same in front desk and they mentioned it will be there in the room in another 20 mins but never got it for the whole night.
