Check-in was horrible experience. No one was at the front desk. When I called the provided phone corporation number, they told me to call Expedia and ask for relocating to another location instead because they can’t reach the employees at this location. Another customer arrived. We both waited outside for 15 minutes until a staff showed up, because we didn’t want to go to another location, After checking in, I got to my room and was in total shock. OH MAN…what can I say Where to start…This place DID NOT meet my expectations. I booked the king suite which was supposed to be ready for check in @ 3. I arrived, checked in, was handed the key to my room only to walk in and see that nothing had be cleaned/disinfected. There was hair in the bathtub, hair on the bed, no towels, no coffee maker or basic things that were supposed to come with the suite (had mini kitchen with nothing for me to use). When my family of 4 walked in there was no one at the check in desk, you can here the phone ringing continuously. We thought maybe they step away for a quick minute. I beleieve a check in counter should never be left unattended. About 10 minutes later a staff shows up. She checked our reservation to tell us they don't have any rooms available for the room we booked. Needless to say we had to book another hotel.
